  Deaths in Thailand\, What Can Rotary Clubs Do?  The Chiang Mai Internati
 onal Rotary Club’s Children’s Water Safety and Drowning Prevention Pro
 gram has taught water safety and survival swimming to thousands of 4th-gra
 ders in Chiang Mai\, Phrao\, and the Banya Migrant Learning Centre in Phuk
 et over the last 6 years.  We have also partnered with the Rotary Club of
  Patong Beach to expand the program in Phuket.  This talk will describe h
 ow other Rotary Clubs and NGO’s can join this effort to save children’
 s lives.
