Please be invited to learn about the activities and mission of the Forest Restoration Foundation in Thailand (FRF) on 22 April. Also, Dr. Pawat of Silpakorn University will explain the details of their upcoming tree-planting project.

“The Forest Restoration Foundation was founded in 2019 by a group of concerned environmentalists as a nationwide network of professionals, educators, development workers, community leaders and youth groups, united in their commitments to conserve, restore and enrich Thailand’s natural resources, biodiversity and ecosystems to ensure sustainable development for mankind and future generations. Thailand’s Twenty Year National Strategy aims to increase forest areas and green spaces from 32% to 55% by the year 2037.”

Please be invited to our special Golf Tournament Sponsor Appreciation lunch meeting on 29 April to express our gratitude to the generous sponsors that supported our 14^th Annual Amateur Charity Golf Classic last year. There will be updates on this year’s community service projects funded from the proceeds generated at the tournament.

Please be invited to the annual District 3330 Training Assembly (DTA) on 16-18 May at the Hansa JB Hotel in Hatyai, Songkhla province. Led by District Governor-Elect Takrit and the District Leadership Team, the event includes in-depth training for Rotarians on club management roles and responsibilities followed by the District Governor Installation Night and Gala Dinner.

17 May: Club Executive Committee Training Seminar, 9:00-17:00

17 May: District Governor Installation Night & Gala Dinner, 18:30-24:00

18 May: Club President Installation Ceremony, 8:30-11.00

This is one of the biggest Rotary events of the year and it’s always a lot of fun building relationships with our old and new friends from 105 clubs in District 3330. Make your reservation soon on CR if you would like to attend this event and we will register our club member group on 14 April. Also, non-Rotarian partners are invited to attend the gala dinner for THB 1,000.
