Hearing Aid Donation

The Rotary Club of Royal Hua Hin are pleased to announce the handing over of 60 Hearing Aids to the Theparrat School for Deaf Children. This project was in partnership with RC Bangkok South.

Other details:
It's about a 2.5 hour drive from Hua Hin. Those wishing to travel by train will need to check schedules and let Alan know when you're scheduled to arrive and if you'll need transport from the Bang Saphan train station to the school (cooperas@gmail.com or tel 081 842 2858).
Some might want to stay a night or 2 before and after after the handover.  There are several lodging options on the Suan Luang beach with nightly rates ranging from about THB 500 to 2,500.  Most can be found on the usual booking sites.  Some options include:

1. Ploy on the low end (THB 500 - 700)
2. Coco's Next to Ploy (THB 1,000)
3. Seanery (THB 2,200)
4. The Theatre
5. Chala
6. Coral.  French spoken there.

Some local sites worth a visit include Wat Thongsai in Ban Krut and nearby Ma Long cave.
