Rotarians, family members and friends got together again to celebrate our monthly Fellowship Night with a festive Christmas theme at Carapace Beach Club on 10 December. As usual, everyone enjoyed our spirited club camaraderie with a fantastic international dinner buffet including traditional roast turkey and all the trimmings and desserts.
It was great to have our District 3330 Governor Jakchai from the Rotary Club of Poochaosamingprai join us again with his friendly leadership motto for this Rotary Year 120, “Take It Easy”. Also in attendance were our frequent visiting Rotarians David and Marissa from the Rotary Club of Jamestown in New York and Rotarian Boel with Rob from the Rotary Club of Stockholm International.
Past President Paul and Rotarian Dar took care of the raffling of all the great prizes and President Brian ran the auction to raise additional funds for our ongoing community service projects. Special thanks to Rotarian Billy and the Carapace staff for ensuring a spectacular evening for our Rotarians and guests.
