RCRHH sponsored a two-day English Camp for students at Nongkhon School in Hua Hin. On Friday 16th Rotarators from Webster University conducted the teaching sessions with a total of 120 grade 4-6 students and made the lessons and presentations very interactive and interesting in a way the students could grasp easily. Lunch was provided by RCRHH and served personally by members who had attended. Day two of the camp on Saturday 17th was delivered by teachers and Rotaractors from Stamford University to the same students, using slightly different techniques to keep the children interested, and who by now were becoming quite proficient in grasping basic complexities of learning English. Once again lunch was provided and served by Rotarians from RCRHH. Both days were very successful and a survey conduced with the students at the end of the two days provided a positive result and showed they would like to have more of these types of events.
