As part of Rotary Club of Royal Hua Hin’s continued commitment to the Rotary Education Centre at the Anuban Hua Hin Nongkhon School, a small number of members, headed by P Phil Lawrence spent the morning recently in the classroom.

Their job, checking each computer in the facility, to ensure they were uploaded with the latest operating systems and that the anti-virus was working.  It also gave an opportunity to prepare a snagging list of minor works and checks to be completed.
The room is not yet being used as the school is still closed, but in anticipation of a reopening within the next few weeks, it is vital proper checks are put in place to ensure the classroom is maintained, not only with the latest technology updates, but with items such as mouse batteries and printer paper.

To this end a monthly check is proposed with a check list prepared to ensure consistency.  It is also important to maintain the vibrancy of the current learning environment, ensuring it does deteriorate over time and is kept at as fresh as is possible.

It is clear that this massive commitment by RCRHH is going to be a long term one in order to ensure the children using the facility gain maximum benefit from it over many years.
