The Rotary Club of Royal Hua Hin paid another visit to the Pran Buri Marine Police Station to congratulate the new Inspector, Pol. Lt. Col. Ratchawat Laboot on his recent leadership appointment, and thank his team for their ongoing support for our club’s Children’s Water Safety and Drowning Prevention training program.
Their officers are nationally certified water safety instructors and always provide the best instruction and safety practices and the children exit the program with a greater ability to swim and increased confidence and knowledge around bodies of water.
