Christmas Fellowship Evening - Movenpick Asara Resort and Spa Hua Hin. 

Enjoy the start of the festive season with our annual Christmas Party. Enjoy free flow drinks including beer and wine and soft drinks plus an international buffet including Christmas fare from 18:00 to 21:00. Price is Thai Baht 1,170 per person. Please note we have to confirm numbers by the 28th of November when registration will close.

Rotary Club Hua Hin are holding a Family night and New Year Celebration at the Grand Plaza Hotel Hua Hin from 18:00hrs.
The event will be held on the 17th floor. Entrance Thai Baht 500 for lucky draw.

On Saturday 14 th December, the alumni of Fine and Applied Arts Department of Chulalongkorn University will present an evening of Thai Classical music and dance at Chom Dong. Among the stringed instruments used during the performance will be several made from fiddle coconuts grown at Chom Dong ,and dancers will be in full costume. The event will commence with tea in the garden at 4.30 pm to be followed by the performance at 6.30 pm. Guests are requested to be seated by 6.15 pm. In conjunction with the 2nd All for One-One for All project you are invited to join the Rotaractors from Stamford International University at Ban Nong Pao Pee School, Sam Roi Yod District Prachuab Khiri Khan.
Program as follows: Students arrive 08:30 and set up equipment, Prepare opening ceremony 09:30-10:00hrs, Opening ceremony and morning activities 10:00 to 12:00hrs, Lunch 12:00 to 13:00hrs, 13:00 to 15:30hrs Recreation activities.
For those that wish to stay there will be an evening program as follows:
15:30 to 17:30hrs preparing for Christmas party, 17;30 to 18:30hrs dinner, 18:30 to 20:00hrs Christmas Party.

1st Monthly board meeting of 2012

Rotarian Daniel Burn will take a detailed look at the much used but perhaps underestimated writing instrument!  He will look at the development and history of such items as the ball point pen.  Daniel will also investigate ways in which he may be able to assist our School project with the donation of various writing items.  Buffet lunch 460 THB.  Dress smart casual.

16 February, RC Bangkapi’s Children’s Day, Regent Cha-Am Beach, 8:30

As part of the Multi Club Weekend, the RCRHH will once again be supporting the RC Bangkapi with their Childrens Day at the Regent Cha-Am Beach Resort.  This a great day and volunteers are needed to help transport the disabled children from the coaches to the entertainment area and then to the beach for some time in the sea, and again to serve them lunch.  Many of these children have never seen the sea before and it is a very humbling experience to be a part of it.  Guests at the hotel also take time to help and organise their own entertainment.  Please register as usual if you would like to help at this wonderful day.

Monthly Board Meeting

Once again the Rotary Club of Royal Hua Hin and Rotaractors from the Stamford International University will be providing fun, music, provisions and games for the children at Panyakul School in Hua Hin.  This is an annual event in which the children can play games at a number of games stations and paint small plaster animals.  Lunch is provided and served by members of the RCRHH. This is a great morning for everyone involved and as many members of the club are urged to attend and support.  Dress is casual. 

March Fellowship evening will be held at the famous Take 5 Sports & Music Bar opposite the Amari Hotel.  The event will be held on the roof terrace and the cost THB 800 per person, to include freeflow wine and beer from 1800hr-2000hr and a buffet -see below.  Dress is smart causal, and please register for the event in the usual way.

This Tuesday we have two guest speakers a new guest speaker Ross Brunton who is a qualified nutritional Therapist will talk about how nutrition can help fight the new Convid-19 virus. In addition Rotarian Udai Rai will reflect on 'Lifes Lesson' Udai stated that often we get so consumed with the journey called life, all of it's persuits, sensations and experiences that we need to remind ourself of what matters most at the core of our being and refresh and revitalise our quest for a fullfilling, meaningful life.
